  • Customer agrees to and/or understands that 1) Pickering Marketing & Sales has the right to refuse any shirt or order, for any reason, 2) all shirts must be washed, 3) all shirts must be free of blood or other potentially harmful elements, 4) shirts will be cut to make Memory-Blanket products and all remaining material will be disgarded, 5) for shirts that have designs on both sides, Customer must clearly mark which side is to be used or Pickering Marketing & Sales will arbitrarily determine which side to use, 6) if more than one product is ordered, Customer must clearly separate shirts to be used on each product or Pickering Marketing & Sales will arbitrarily determine which ones to use for all products ordered, and 7) Customer's Memory-Blanket product(s) may be used for promotional purposes which may include pictures on the Internet; customer's name will not be used without prior written approval and then, if approved, only the Customer's first name will be used. It is also understood that Pickering Marketing & Sales contracts with approved commercial sewers to manufacture Memory-Blanket products.
