12.5"x12.5" - Memory Pillow. Colors: GRAY or TAN (make choice below). 100% cotton flannel fabric used and filled with a poly stuffing foam...will not lose its shape. Requires 1 adult size shirt which can be a T-shirt, sweatshirt, jersey, or button-up shirt. The design/logo must fit within a 13.5" square. Shirt must be washed. Clearly mark which side of shirt is to be used (if shirt has designs on both sides and you want only one side used) and if possible, please separate shirts (if ordering more than one product).
